Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days from the time your order has shipped. During holidays and sale periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping throughout the EU. Any shipping costs will always be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Where we ship
We ship within the EU. All orders are dispatched from a warehouse inside the EU, which means you won't be charged any customs or import fees.
Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or high demand with the carrier. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to get your order to you on time.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when ordering. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible at info@wearformen.com if you need to change your address.
Unclaimed packages
Packages that are not collected and are returned to us may be subject to a new shipping fee for re-delivery.
